Why to participate

The 16th Summit of the Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum coincides with the already traditional APEC CEO Summit, a meeting of representatives of the top companies of the 21 APEC economies. Within this framework, ProInversion, COMEXPERU and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have organized a number of activities aimed at building bridges between the Peruvian and foreign business communities and disseminating business opportunities and potentialities in Peru.

The INVEST IN PERU Forum will include: 

• Forum: Speeches by ministries and presidents of business associations aimed at disseminating the potential of pre-selected sectors within the framework of a favorable climate for private investment and high political commitment to promoting an open economy.
• Peru Showroom: Investment projects and opportunities in several regions of Peru are displayed by stands at this exhibition.
•  Business Round Table: Previously arranged bilateral meetings between national and foreign entrepreneurs.
• Investment Promotion Agency Round Table: Working meetings for the investment promotion agencies of the APEC economies.
  

The Expo Invest in Peru is organized by PROINVERSION and is simultaneously organized within the APEC 2008 CEO Summit. This event will allow the registered participants to learn about different investment opportunities in Peru.

The "Expo Invest in Peru" stands will present multimedia information about projects and opportunities and will have specialized staff providing detailed information and contact information.
